- **null vs empty**: null tons / missing Grid/33-34 rows use class/label **unknown**; reserve **empty** for sourced zero only.
- **Visual approval ≠ verified inventory / BinSight integration.**
- **Immutable HTML embeds INV + static SVG** — regenerating the bundle is required to refresh the map (updating external JSON alone cannot).

4. Embedded INV/SVG regenerated for immutable bundle; how-text corrected (no “update JSON alone” claim).
